I am an experienced counsellor offering therapy to all members of the community. I have been counselling in London and Gloucestershire for the past 6 years. Before that I ran psycho-dynamic based groups for 10 years as well as using integrative massage therapy as a healing tool with clients with and without disabilities.
My aim is to de-mystify counselling and to make it available to all members of the community because; everybody hurts sometimes.
I am passionate about offering equal opportunities and I gladly welcome diversity. If you have individual needs which make accessing counselling difficult, I will try hard to meet your requirements.
I am happy to help you with your own unique issues. As a counsellor and therapist I have experience of working with many and varied difficulties including stress, anxiety, realtionship problems, depression, and much more. I work with individuals either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
