I have been working therapeutically with individuals and groups for 25 years.I have been counselling in London and Gloucestershire for the past 8 years. Before that, I ran psychotherapeutic groups in an integrated Family Centre as well as using Integrative Massage Therapy as a healing tool with clients with and without disabilities.
My aim is to de-mystify counselling and to make it available to all members of the community because: everybody hurts sometimes.
I am passionate about offering equal opportunities and I gladly welcome diversity. I am experienced in the issues of the LGBT community.
I am also experienced in counselling people with learning disabilities and Carers. If you have individual needs which make accessing counselling difficult, I will try hard to meet your requirements.Home visits may be negotiated if necessary.
I am happy to help you with your own unique issues. I have experience of working with many and varied difficulties including stress, anxiety, relationship problems, addiction, depression, and much more. I work with individuals either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
